Rebooking for Guests on The Smooth Jazz Cruise ‘26.1 and ‘26.2

During this period, guests on The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.1 (’26.1 Guests) have the exclusive right to rebook their current stateroom for The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’27.1 (’27.1 Cruise). They also may request, but are not guaranteed, a different stateroom for the ’27.1 Cruise or a stateroom for The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’27.2. During this same period, guests on The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.2 (’26.2 Guests) have the exclusive right to rebook their current stateroom for The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’27.2 (’27.2 Cruise).  They also may request, but are not guaranteed, a different stateroom for the ’27.2 Cruise or a stateroom for The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’27.1. 

Pre-Sail Reservations

Guests who are not sailing on either The Smooth Jazz Cruise ’26.1 or ’26.2, may queue up for those cruises by completing a Pre-Sail Reservation (see, Reservation Procedures).  Guests completing Pre-Sail Reservations may begin to select staterooms and complete reservations upon notice beginning December 4, 2025.

Open Booking

Starting on December 29, 2025, any guest may select any available stateroom and complete a reservation online or by calling the office. Below is a schedule which presents the various Stateroom Categories, Standard Cruise Prices, and Availability for all available staterooms.

Stateroom Categories

The staterooms vary based upon size, location and amenities. You can learn about each Stateroom Category by clicking on THE SHIP and selecting Staterooms. The details of each stateroom are listed in that window along with a photo and video of the stateroom itself.

Cruise Prices

Cruise Prices are per person and based upon double occupancy unless designated as a “Single.” Cruise Prices include all the amenities, accommodations and services outlined in the Stateroom Description for the Category of Stateroom Guest has selected, together with the shows and onboard events produced by The Smooth Jazz Cruise. Cruise Payments are non-refundable, and reservations are non-commissionable.

The Cruise Prices below are applicable to guests who are sailing on The Smooth Jazz Cruise for the first time and have not sailed on any Signature Cruise Experiences program in the past (New Guests). If you have sailed with us before, you are eligible for a Past Guest Cruise Price, which is determined by your cruise history with Signature Cruise Experiences. To learn which Past Guest Cruise Price applies to you, please contact the office (see below).

Interest-Free Payment Plan

Signature Cruise Experiences offers an interest-free, extended payment plan for The Smooth Jazz Cruise. Pay a standard deposit on the day of reservation and then choose between monthly and quarterly payments.

Availability

Starting on December 1, 2025, the current available staterooms in each Stateroom Category will be shared below. If the Stateroom Category you prefer is not available, please click on JOIN WAITLIST and complete the form. At that early stage of the reservation process, the Stateroom Category of your choice may become available. You may also reserve another Stateroom Category, and, if a stateroom in the Stateroom Category you prefer becomes available, you may switch your reservation without penalty or charge.

Deposits will be due at time of reservation. Deposit amounts vary based upon the Stateroom Type:

  • $400/pp – Inside & Ocean View Staterooms
  • $500/pp – Veranda, AquaClass & Concierge Staterooms
  • $600/pp – Suites

All Guests are required to pay port charges, government taxes and fees, onboard service gratuities for shipboard staff and other charges due and payable to third parties. These Pass-Through Charges vary by Stateroom Type for The Smooth Jazz Cruise and are in addition to the Cruise Prices.

  • $400/pp – Inside & Ocean View Staterooms
  • $425/pp – Veranda, AquaClass & Concierge Staterooms
  • $450/pp – Suites

The Smooth Jazz Cruise offers Payment Plan options. The Payment Plan election is made at the time of the Reservation.

Monthly Payment Plan: After payment of Deposit (see, Deposits), the balance of the Cruise Price plus the Pass Through Charges (see, Pass Through Charges) are paid in equal monthly payments on the tenth of every month beginning on 3/10/26 and ending on 11/10/26.

Quarterly Payment Plan: After payment of Deposit (see, Deposits), the balance of the Cruise Price plus the Pass-Through Charges (see, Pass Through Charges) are paid in four (4) equal payments on 3/10/26, 6/10/26, 9/10/26, and 11/10/26.

The 3rd and 4th passengers Cruise Price vary based upon the Stateroom Type:

  • $2,100/pp – Ocean View Staterooms
  • $2,200/pp – Veranda, AquaClass & Concierge Stateroom
  • $2,500/pp – Suites

 

*Inside Staterooms are a maximum of double occupancy

Signature Cruise Experiences extends an onboard credit of $125 to any guest who is either Active Military or a Veteran. DD2-14 confirmation of military status is required for Military Benefits.

The purchase of Travel Insurance/Trip Protection is strongly encouraged. If it were our choice, every guest would purchase trip insurance. Your investment for the cruise should be protected, so we urge you to purchase trip insurance. Please remember, restrictions do apply, so to secure the broadest coverage be careful to apply for the insurance in a timely manner.

Signature Cruise Experiences strongly recommends that all guests travel with a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity post-cruise during their sailing.

RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your Cruise price Includes

  • Round-trip cruise from Tampa, FL
  • All performances, interviews, parties and events presented on the cruise (This does not include any special Artist-Hosted Events which require sign-up and/or a fee or Private Parties.)
  • All meals featured in “Included Dining” (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in the Ocean View Café and dinners in The Cosmopolitan Dining Room as well as late-night mini-buffets throughout the ship.)
  • As part of the Included Dining experience, non-bottled beverages (i.e. coffee, juices, tea) are provided without charge.
  • Recreation facilities, such as Fitness Center, Pools, Hot tubs, Sauna, Basketball court, Jogging track and Thalassotherapy Pool.
  • In-room TV and movies (excluding pay-per-view movies)
  • Full-service room cleaning (twice a day)

Your Cruise Price Does NOT Include:

  • Air and ground transportation to and from the pier in Tampa, FL
  • Ground transportation in ports-of-call
  • Pre- and post-cruise lodging
  • Dining in Specialty Restaurants (Tuscan Grille, Luminae, Signature at QSine, Sushi on Five, SCE Chops’ House). There is an upcharge for dining in those restaurants.
  • Personal expenditures and purchases such as photos, souvenirs, excursions, spa services, personal training
  • Gambling
  • 24-hour room service ($9.95 service charge)
  • All bottled and alcoholic beverages (There are “included” events during the cruise at which bottled and alcoholic beverages will be offered without charge.)
  • Travel Insurance
